  • Shiloh Day, VKids Director

Shiloh is a follower of Jesus with a desire to say yes to whatever He has for her. She has lived in Cincinnati for almost 18 years, and has spent the last 12 years working in a variety of capacities in children’s ministry. Most recently, she has been creating curriculum for VKids. Her heart longs to see kids access their inheritance as Sons and Daughters and walk in the fullness of that identity. She loves to write and is a creative at heart. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her family, journal, and create!

  • Joy Smith, Ministry Coordinator

Joy has called Cincinnati home for most of her life. She attended Ohio University as an undergrad and went on to grad school at the University of Pennsylvania. A former educator for 15 years, Joy now owns a small online business creating engaging curriculum for elementary students. She has been a member of the Vineyard Church for over 20 years and was drawn to the Vineyard’s commitment to practical generosity while spreading the love of God. She is grateful to get to be a part of what God is doing at Vineyard Finneytown. Joy and her husband have two young adult daughters and a 5 year old son in the Finneytown school district. They enjoy hanging out with friends and family, traveling, and attending Bengals games.

  • Nick Stockburger, Worship Director

Nick has been leading worship for over 30 years in Cincinnati. He started leading in high school and quickly found out that there is power in singing songs to God. That was made abundantly clear when he and his family first joined the Vineyard Church. The supernatural connection that was being made whenever people were openly praising Him made Nick want more than anything to help lead people to His presence. Nick, his wife, Diane, and kids live in Deer Park, but have found a home at Vineyard Finneytown. Their family enjoys riding roller coasters, shopping at record stores, and cheering on their favorite sports team, FC Cincinnati.

  • James Tenney, Youth Pastor

James has more than 30 years experience of leading young people from all over the world. He loves hearing their stories and helping them focus on their dreams. As a strong advocate for young people, James has a heart for them to experience God's presence and hear God's voice personally. He and his wife, Heather, have survived the teen years and launched their own two kids out into the world. James works at UC International, and in his spare time, you'll find him watching soccer, hanging out with friends, staring at the night sky, and cracking jokes when one least expects it.

  • Denise Sturm, Ministry Assistant

Denise has always been a believer in Jesus but never felt she had a church home until she walked into Vineyard Finneytown on that one Sunday in March of 2022 and felt instantly at home! She had her first Holy Spirit encounter at the Alpha retreat in 2023 and has continued to have more! She now encounters God working in multiple ways daily.

She had a 38-year career in nursing from a nurse assistant to RN holding numerous positions over the years before retiring in 2020.

She felt a personal calling to help at the church office and is now working what she always dreamed of — working 2 days a week and off 5 days a week. She loves helping others and prefers behind the scenes rather than the spotlight.

She is married with 3 grown daughters and 3 grandchildren (2 boys and 1 girl) all in the Cincinnati area. Denise loves spending time with family, friends, and neighbors. She enjoys fires inside or outdoors, worship music, Bengals football, and just being around good people. She loves experiencing the loving, kind, supportive, nonjudgemental atmosphere of Vineyard Finneytown every Sunday, helping with VKids and simply loving and helping others as often as possible.
